It helps brands understand:

• What communities are saying
• Why they are saying it
• What those conversations reveal
• What they predict about the future
• How organisations should respond

Each layer builds on the one before it:

1. Without listening, there is nothing to understand.
2. Without understanding, there is no consensus.
3. Without consensus, there are no reliable predictions.
4. Without prediction, there is no strategic action.
